Just back from staying in cottage no.36, never again. We stayed here about 4 yrs ago and it was of the highest standard but the quality and cleanliness have really gone downhill since. Great location but there was no warm welcome at all from staff. For a start the curtains were falling off the rails, bathrooms were filthy on closer...

On a positive note it was a good location. Spent 4 days in June with extended family, worktops chipped, bedroom door upstair would not close also no mirror/dressing table in bedroom. Downstairs bathroom door had no key/lock, tiles on wall chipped. Carpet on stairs badly stained and sofas were dirty. Though clean bed linen and towels provided were good and...

Stayed here on a family trip to Killarney in August 2014. We stayed in two cottages and they had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and extremely spacious. Very close to the town and it was very relaxing to stroll around the area in the evening.

Ten minutes to town. The cottages are spacious. The bathrooms are dated and we had trouble with the washing machine but the wifi worked well and it was a great value at less than $200 for 3 bedrooms and a loft. The burned out cottage nearby was a bit disturbing however.

We stayed in 3 cottages in June of this year. I have never been so disappointed. We have stayed here before and they were fine. It is a great location. But they have let the cottages go done terribly. All three cottages were of poor standard. For example in the cottage I stayed in the couch was ripped and worn...

Poor welcome. Unhelpful staff. No interest in any complaints. Felt we were upsetting their day. Burnt down house on way in. Shocking The staff: the woman working there is super friendly; however, her (assumed) husband is super rude. Their hours are not accommodating (only 2 hours in the afternoon). So, I tried to call them with a question so as...

When you drive into this complex of thatched cottages you'll notice a couple of them in disrepair. Look at them and then forget about them. For when you get the keys of your cottage you'll find yourself in a large spacious house with ample space for eight adults and with everything you'll need for your stay. Great value and great...

The cottage sleeps up to 8 and there were only three people in our party. So after a week of sharing a single room we really enjoyed having so much space. Especially as the costs were similar to what we we paid in Dublin for a single private room in a hostel. The cottages are well equipped, clean and comfortable....

We booked one of these cottages for a weekend in May 2015. There were 7 in our party and there was plenty of room. The cottage was spotless and very well equipped. They are located a short drive out of town which suited us perfectly. Very quiet holiday village, which was perfect for our family. The food in the local...
