Absolutly great position, just two minutes walking from the bus station and maybe five from the center. The room was ok, tidy and confortable. The bathroom got dirty really fast but this is due to people grossness. The breakfast is reaaaally basic but ok afterall. The girl at the reception is a bit unpolite!!!

The rooms are simple, but kept clean and are great to crash after a long day of hiking in the park (check in is after 3:00 pm so rooms can be cleaned). There's a kitchen for cooking (be considerate and clean up after yourself, do your own dishes). The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly and answered my...

We were a bit apprehensive after reading a few reviews of this place and seeing lots of people commenting that the sheets were dirty. The first thing we checked when arriving were the sheets and they were... clean! In fact the whole room smelled clean. Good location that allowed you to walk into town easily. All in all pretty good...

Not to be confused with the railway lodge which is very close by. Upon arriving, it was easy to park although there are only 5 spaces. The place has plenty of posters and info on things to do. The receptionist was concise and to the point, wasn't rude like others have mentioned. We were given towels and informed of the...

Good location, new showers and bathrooms. It has everything you expect it to have. Working kitchen and wi-fi, the girl on the reception was very gentle, however boy on the next day wasn't so. If you go in a hostel you don't expect it to be a hotel, saying that I can tell this hostel is completely "ok".

The location of this hostel was excellent and the wifi worked very well. We stayed in the Flintstone Room for 3 people. Sheets were unclean but the Bathroom was fine. The shared toilets were a bit wet and cramped and the hostel was a bit noisy but I thought the price we paid was quite reasonable. It's OK for 1...

Bedroom was not clean, the bathroom was allso dirty and the floor got wet every time we took a shower. The staff were rude. The kitchen was disgusting, drops of grease fellt down over the cooking meal, the two fridge were old an insuficient.

Where to start? Firstly the payment arrangements of this hostel were very inflexible. The hostel cannot accept card, and is very fussy about how the cash is paid (very narky about change, etc...). They also refused to allow anyone into a room until all money had been paid, even with the deposit paid up front. Which isn't ideal when you...

Poor room, dirty shower, what is worst is the greeting by the woman at reception - I found her to be most rude and uninterested in giving me a kind welcome to our time in Killarney. Dont like to be gestured at by pointing a finger, I am not an animal.
