Everything about the place is average - the rooms, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi and securityi. Cheap place to stay. Good location in town - food, drinks and supermarket. I'd probably consider coming back

There's a reason why this hostel is rated one of the best in Killarney. Very easy to find, and in a great location to many tourist attractions including Killarney National Park (walking distance), shops and pubs. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hostel itself was very clean, beds were surprisingly comfortable. The free breakfast is pretty standard, but...

I only spent one night in each town I visited on my journey through Ireland, except for this city. The reason I ended up staying 3 days, this hostel. I met so many fun people and there was so much to do that I just had to stay. The hostel was clean and friendly, the night time security guard David...

I stayed at Neptune's for 5 nights while exploring the national park...it is a lovely hostel! Friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast with proper fresh coffee, rooms were very clean and free wi fi downstairs...easily the best hostel I've stayed in to date! Also, nice central location and only few minutes walk to the park!

The place was nice because of it´s good location directly in the centre... The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good Negative points: No wifi in the rooms, the rooms where pretty small and the shower not that clean, doors closed from 3-7 pm

Staff very friendly and helpful, best thing about Neptune’s. Breakfast is basic continental, no fruit. But excellent recycling program; liked the sustainability ethic. Neptune's says on a reservation site that 'WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge'. NOT TRUE. There was NO WiFi signal in the dorm building detected by any of my three devices. Why...

This was a typical hostel-cheap, slightly smelly, and uncomfortable. If you're on a budget, it's great. The bathrooms were clean although VERY small. And the women's bathroom didn't lock? Doesn't seem very safe to me. If I come back to Killarney, I would definitely prefer to spend the extra hundred bucks a night and get a hotel. The location is...

Our double room was very spacious and furnished above normal hostel standard. Staff very attentive and friendly. Special mention must go to Juliette who posted out an item to us (overseas) that we left behind.

We booked a four bed dorm for three people. The dorm was clean, spacious, but the bed equipment was not so good. The common areas were great, with a big and cosy dining room, a well-equiped kitchen. The included beakfast in self-service and light, but neough to start the day. The staff is lovely and can give some piece of...

We booked a private room with an en-suite bathroom, expecting a sound hostel experience. We stayed in a spacious and new hotel room however. The beds were simple, like the rest of the interior. The bathroom looked brand-new, with a wonderful shower. The walls were thin however, and gave away too much about the relationship of our neighbors. As our...
