Ross Castle Lodge was the perfect bed and breakfast. Our room was beautiful, the bedding very comfortable, the bathrooms large and well-equipped for every need. They had a computer on-site at no charge and Rosaleen served a fabulous breakfast. It's fairly close to Killarney, Ross Castle, and Muckross House, but I was glad we had a car because it would...

One of the B&Bs my wife and I stayed at in Ireland. Great location with walking paths in the woods and close to town. The hosts are charming and the breakfast is great. I will not stay anywhere else when I return to Killarney.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Ross Castle Lodge bed and breakfast for one night last weekend (14th August 2009), as we wanted to visit Killarney & Co. Kerry, and it was perfect for what we wanted. Location: The B&B is about 10-15mins walk into Killarney town - either along a straight road or you can take a detour...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ross Castle Lodge this June for 4 days. The room we got was very large (even had an extra twin bed) and the bathroom was large too (had a bathtub and hot and cold water came out of one tap ... unusual in Ireland!). Rosaleen was extremely nice a helpful and gave GREAT...

Largest room and bathroom I've had in Europe. Free parking. Beautiful gardens filled with roses and birds on the road leading to historic Ross Castle. Hosts provide great advice for restaurants and sightseeing, such as the Ring of Kerry.

My wife and I are still in Ireland and we spent 3 nights at the Ross Castle Lodge. Rosaleen and Dennis were wonderful hosts, Rosaleen was all too kind and made sure that we were prepared each morning for our journeys. The room that we stayed in was large and comfortable and felt like we were at home. The location...

The proprietress of the Ross Castle Lodge was very hospitable and gave us good suggestions on what to do and see during our short time in Killarney. Our room was much larger than we expected (king-size bed, which we had never before seen in Europe, and a twin-size bed as well), and very clean. The bathroom and shower were also...

This is a great place to stay. It is just outside of town. It is a beautiful place. The owners couldn't have been nicer. We were late arriving and they waited up for us. Breakfast was grand and the rooms were very comfortable. They help us map out our day trips.

After a week at different bed and breakfasts around Ireland, I would rate this the best. The hostess was very nice and made a great breakfast. The rooms were very clean, plenty of parking, and easy to access and find. It's in between downtown Killarney and Ross Castle. Also a nice garden around the house.

We were a party of four, and stayed at a number of B&Bs in Ireland during our trip, and Ross Castle Lodge was our favourite place. An authentic Irish B&B, with an amazingly kind and welcoming host, Rosaleen, Ross Castle is a charming, beautifully furnished, and ultra-clean place to stay. We paid the same price as we did in other...
