Good location close to center of town, good breakfast and friendly staff. Mold in bathroom as we have seen in many B&B's on this trip and Some make up stains on the sheets. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallways.

Very good location, good parking and helpful staff but room was every basic and in need of a facelift/refurbishment. The view over the back (garden!) is miserable. Room hot, no A/c. OK for a convenient night's stay close to the town but much better value to be had near by.

Nice inn with large rooms. Good spacious bathroom. I was able to get an early check in. It is a 10 minute walk to town and convenient for Ross castle and Killarney national park. Breakfast is served from 8 and you get a choice of continental or Irish.
