Wonderful B & B so close to center of Killarney that we walked to town every day. Nice rooms, amazing hostess. Such a great stay, breakfast was wonderful, Eileen even had snacks available at all times in the day room.

Okay, so I'm torn. Can't ever remember having so many positive things to say about a place, but, in the end, I probably wouldn't choose to go back. First of all, the location is just perfect....about an eight minute walk to the center of everything: restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc. Next, the people are extremely friendly. We had dinner reservations at...

Just stayed a few nights in Killarney, and had the pleasure of staying at this B&B. Minutes after arrival, Eileen asked if we needed clothes washing and proceeded to wash a weeks worth of our laundry. This of course freed up a couple of hours for my wife and I, and the clothes were perfectly washed, dried, folded, and returned...

My husband and I stayed here for two days as our base touring Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. From the moment we arrived, Eileen, the proprietor, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating and very helpful with trip/tour ideas. There was a wide variety of breakfast options (hot and cold) in addition to self-service beverage and snacks...

Eileen was the best hostess. She provided a very big and homemade breakfast every morning. She was also so accommodating w any special requests. Her house is very nice and the rooms were clean and beds made every morning. We would love to visit again. thanks for your Irish Hospitality. we so enjoyed your country.

The best of 6 B and B's we stayed in. Great location, great breakfast, snacks and drinks available all the time, nice staff that will arrange tours, do laundry, make you lunch, and give you advice. Clean with nice bedding and towels. Don't know what they need to do to become a 4 star place other than make the rooms...

Spent a night in Killarney at the Mountain Dew in July on way to County Clare. Great location, solid breakfast along with average room. Rooms are small but the Hosts easily make up for that shortcoming by being so affable and providing great advice where to dine, things to see (Ross Castle) and ferry across Shannon River in Trabert. Great...

We recently stayed at the Mountain Dew for two nights. Eileen was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a bit small, but we didn't go to Ireland to sit around in our room. We used it mainly for sleeping. When we got there she showed us a room where you could sit, relax have a cup of tea...

Eileen is the ultimate hostess. She is gracious and makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive at her door. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet. She also offers laundry service and bagged lunches for the road and although we did not make use of the services it was nice that they...
