Stayed here overnight on a trip through to Cork from Dublin. The hosts were very helpful in recommending good restaurants in the area and were accommodating to a newbie to international travel. The view from the balcony is terrific and they are close to the main areas in Galway. It's easy to get to the Latin quarter by bus or...

The proprietor went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed and provided useful advice for dining and other options. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended as a jumping off point for local attractions, away from the...

Superb room with access on to balcony with view over Galway Bay. First class Irish breakfast in morning, also offer a superb scrambled eggs with smoked salmon (to die for). Christina, our friendly and helpful landlady, recommended Donnelly's Pub/Restaurant in Barna for our evening meal. It was excellent. Her husband kindly dropped us off at the door.

I became quite I'll while there and Christine turned what could have been very worrying situation into an ease for me. Indeed it reminded of the old ban on ti something I thought had...
