Needed a hotel for one night in galway and this was a perfect choice. Booked on booking.com for €89 and think it was very good value for 2 people with free parking on site. The room was small but adequate and very clean. Breakfast was very good & also included in rate. Location is excellent just off Eyre square.

Booked this hotel for a long weekend as a group of 6 ( 3 couples) wasn't disappointed ! Easy to find in a good central but not in the midst of the noise ! Free parking ! Rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. We ate in the resturant one...

I can't think of a single complaint. The staff were nice, the breakfast was pretty good, the rooms are comfortable. Parking is free and easy. And the location could not be better. It's an easy walk to Galway City but far enough away to be quiet. I'll be back

Good location- handy to access city and eyre square. Pricey for what you actually get. Quite clean though, which is important. Decor in the room makes it feel a bit dated. Was annoyed to see the room across from me was much better quality. Staff were not the most friendly. Had an encounter with a man on the night shift...

We arrived late at night to stay in this hotel before boarding a coach to Connemara early the next morning. Very basic room, but very clean - with quite an industrial looking bathroom and older furnishings. The hotel was quiet / closed when we arrived at 11pm so can't comment on the bar or food, but breakfast was lovely the...

We stayed here for two nights to visit the area around Galway, we had a bit of difficulty finding the car park but got there eventually, it was rather crowded but free and the staff moved cars around so you could get out. We were offered a two bed suite on arrival which we accepted, it was at the back...

Good location. Excellent restaurant. Nice room. Problem with wifi in room. Had to sit in hallway in order to have wifi. If I closed my room in the room, the wifi was lost. Showers a problem. Small. Hard controls. Sinks double faucet. Separate hot and cold. Not comfortable

To begin the reception staff were horrible and gave very little help with any queries we had! Furthermore the facilities weren't up to standard either there was no hot water and as a result we were left with having to go to another room on another floor to shower! This hotel doesn't deserve stars! In addition to this the hotel...

Stayed at the Western on 29th August-1st Sept. The hotel from the outside looked shabby, the room was dated and need of an update. The staff were great although there appeared to be a lot of them with not much for them to do, which meant they were wandering around looking lost especially at breakfast. The noise from other guests...
