I can honestly say there was not one thing I could fault .As soon as we arrived guest parking was available underneath, plenty of it & no hassle with validating tickets or anything. Stayed here in 233... the room was lovely. The whole hotel is very girlie, all colour and patterns. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was a total let down, the mushrooms were far too old to serve and the sausages weren't great... I asked for a pint of water to be sent to the room and the waitress looked for a 5e...

Stayed 2 nights. Nice warm welcome at reception. Bedrooms are spacious with super king size bed and delicious g themed cupcakes as a nice welcoming treat. Lounges and bar area are beautifully decorated but in dire need of a good clean both the carpet and chairs are dirty looking and abit shabby. We ate in the restaurant the first night....
