Myself and my husband stayed in the hotel on the 6th of December. From the minute we got to the hotel we were greeted by lovely reception staff. The room was very spacious and spotless clean. The bed was very comfy and very big in size. We ate in the restaurant that night the food was delicious and well worth the value. We had a drink in the bar and John the bar manager was so nice he made us and all the other guests staying there very welcome. He went above and beyond for anyone that walked through the doors. I hope to go back sometime soon and would definately recommend the Imperial for a staycation :) Louise + Mark
Came to Galway on a staycation with my freinds for two nights, the rooms were spacious and even nicer than the photos! Couldn’t get into a pub in the city as were full so went to residents bar, Armando and Sergay gave us great service and we had a fantastic night, will be back!
Positives: Very well located for public transport, shops and restaurants. Room was clean and all facilities worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives: The cost of the room should really - in my opinion - include breakfast. This was disappointing. I found the walls really thin and could hear my neighbours conversations quite clearly.
Booked 2 nights here - the rooms are basic but very spacious. We had a triple room but it also had a sofa, a seating area, bath and shower! The location is ideal, right on Eyre Square. It's also very well priced. Overall I'd recommend!
Booked a 2 day deal here as it’s on Eyre Square and within walking distance of all that we wanted to do. All the staff we met are friendly and efficient, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep enjoyed by all. We’d book here again for our future trips to Galway. it’s good value.
