Accomodations were excellent, tastefully decorated and very clean. Full Irish breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Hosts were very accomodating with directions to local attractions and restaurants and all recommendations were great.

I'm not sure about the buses. We used a cab the night we were there. It wasn't very far but it was raining that night. Maybe a little over a mile to town. So I guess it depends on how much would like to walk.
