We stay for one night at the Eyre Square Hotel. I chose it primarily for being close to the train station and the car rental office. We were very pleased with the hotel facilities and excellent staff. We stayed on what looked to be a renovated room on the 4th floor....very nice size and a modern bathroom with large walk-in...

Would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons, the staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, was travelling with my Mam who is coeliac, had dinner and breakfast there and they provided for her so well. Rooms were spotless as were the public areas and the location is second to none. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is very close to the new bus station, tourist information and also next to Eyre Square, you are in the hearth of Galway, just a few minutes away from the sights, pubs and restaurants. Room was good, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good and with a wide selection.

Well it is called Eyre Square Hotel for a reason, it is across the road for the Eyre Square Park, one of Galway's main attractions. It is around a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian zone that is filled with cafes, pubs, shopping and more. The hotel had a 24 hour reception which was very handy for any questions or...

Gret location for a visiting traveler. Service is fair. Internet is way below standard so don't expect to surf the web. Thin walls make this place very noisy at night. Bar are is fair however daytime front desk is quite friendly. A bit over priced.

Stayed for two nights from the 13th to the 15th and on arrival to the room we noticed a pair of boxers in between the bed and the bedside locker. On departure we told the manager at the reception and all he said was sorry when we said it. We regret not going any further with the case. It is...

To start, amazing location. Right next to busses, trains, pubs, restaurants and cafes etc. Right, anybody giving this above 3 in a review either works there or is friends/family of owner or staff. The rooms are VERY VERY dated. Torn wallpaper, stained carpets, cheap and dated furnishings (1920s wardrobe). Stains on walls in bathroom etc. Virtually no noise proofing. Could...
