We stayed for one night, staff were very friendly. Appeared To be a very night standard of infection prevention and control in place. The rooms were very nice and cozy. The bed was comfy and the location was great. Rooms was a great price would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at the Harbour Hotel multiple times in the past few months while doing a work project in Galway. The hotel is very well located in the city centre and you are walking distance from all pubs and restaurants. The hotel is really clean and is modern. There is a small gym, a nice bar / restaurant and free parking. All good. What sets this hotel apart from all others is the staff. They are so friendly from check in and will always be really helpful with anything you might need. I've regularly been sitting around the lobby and hear them give good local advice on amenities to people checking in. I was working offshore so had irregular hours. They went out of their way to sort us for early breakfast before normal hours, and one day even made us a packed lunch! So nice especially when you're away from home. Keep up the good work Harbour Hotel staff and see you after lockdown.

Harbour hotel is a lovely hotel set in the heart of Galway docks! 5 min walk from Spanish Arches, Eyre square & The Latin quarter & main train/bus station. Room was clean tidy & I was provided with sanitising wipes & a fresh remote. Hand sanitizer was throughout the hotel & all staff wore face coverings, so felt very comfortable with my stay in this current climate. Patricia on reception was a lovely lady & made me feel very welcome& also helped me throughout my stay. All staff that I spoke to in the breakfast/dinner/bar area were all so nice & friendly.

Hotel had good restrictions in place for COVID-19. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was beautiful and a very good selection. Perfect location, 4 min walk to Eyre Square and directly over looking the harbour. Rooms clean and spacious with ample parking. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Lovely hotel on the harbour-front in Galway. Only spent one night and had breakfast, so didn't spend too much time at the hotel / interacting with staff as we were out and about in Galway city. Anyone we did interact with was very helpful. Breakfast was decent and room was comfortable and quiet. Only minor quibble was the shower could have been more powerful. Would definitely stay again
