This attractive B&B is at the end of a side road to the main road so a sat nav might not find it exactly. It is in the Salthill area near the beach and close to Galway centre. Rooms are very good, spacious and clean and the whole place has nice feel about it. This is due in part to...

I recently stayed at this bed and breakfast with my mom and sisters! Such a cozy place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, eggs, salmon, toast, bread, jams and more! In the common sitting area there was a nice selection of teas. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Birdie, the owner, was very...

Bolola House is a couple of kms from Galway city Centre and was a very comfortable place to stay. Bridie the owner was very welcoming and helpful. A nice traditional hot Irish breakfast plus cereals, fruit, yogurt, juice, scones, pastries, tea and coffee. Enjoyed Galway and the music.

We thought that this house was beautiful. Our bed was comfortable, our room was clean, the decor was quaint, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. The staff were delightful and so friendly. It is about a 10 minute drive out of town, but we didn't mind that, as we had a car. It gave us a chance to get...

Bridie, the owner of the B&B, does a wonderful job with her establishment. It is nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and the owner, husband and helper are friendly & welcoming. The location is just a short drive from the tourist areas of Galway and the islands but a car is necessary if staying here. In addition the breakfast is well cooked...

This was the most expensive b&b we stayed at in Ireland. Compare to the stately manor at Westbrook country house and my review of Victoria gate in Londonderry. The bathroom was extremely small and I like the other reviewer wanted to turn the pressure in the shower up. There was only shower gel in the shower. No shampoo. I didn't...

This is a beautiful house. We had a very good size room that was pleasant to be in. It is a great location, away from the city making it very quiet, but a quick bus ride in. The stop is just down the road. And being a short walk to the water makes it the ideal place. Bridie Moran is...

We booked here based on all the 5-star reviews, and actually spent more nights here than anywhere else on our trip through Ireland -- but unfortunately, while everything was okay and a fair value for the price, it ended up ranking lowest for us in comparison to the other places. Bohola is a large house at the end of a...
