We stayed two nights here. Wish we had chosen a different place. While they have a beautiful view of Galway Bay, the rooms are extremely small. They shower opening hardly opened enough to allow entrance to the shower. They did not provide a hair dryer. The only place on our two week stay that did not. All rooms are up...

Grattan Lodge location is perfect, beautiful views of the bay and within walking distance to Galway. Parking is available in front. The room was clean and a nice size. The ensuite was very small. The shower had no water pressure and there was mould on the tile. Pat was a great host. His breakfast was very good and served on...

Pat and Conny were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming, kind and helpful. Their bed & breakfast is located just a short walk from the centre of town and right on the sea front. Great for having a cup of tea in the morning whilst taking in the view. We stayed two nights and were very happy with our choice.

My husband and I stayed at Grattan Lodge for a night on our honeymoon as we were travelling through Ireland. Pat was great, he was so welcoming and helpful (even providing us with a map of the area). Our room and bathroom was immaculate and our view was stunning - looking right out over the water. We had breakfast the...

This is a nice, clean, beautiful B&B run by a lovely couple Connie and Pat. We slept very well, children loved it too. The breakfast was something, smoked salmon and full Irish, we tried and loved them both. We had a 2 night stay and will definitely come back here next time when we'll be visiting Galway. Good position too...

Thank you so much for your kind words. It's a pleasure cooking breakfast especially when it is appreciated so well. It is also great having happy people - happy people make for a happy world. We look forward to your return. Pat & Connie

We had booked other accommodation in Galway and it wasn't working for us so on our walk to Salthill we stopped in here to inquire. We were lucky and they had rooms available. The place is clean and in a great location for visiting both Salthill and Galway. Breakfast was good and included amazing homemade bread. Highly recommended and would...

Nice clean B&B with a warm welcome and great hosts. The location is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great. A 10 minute walk to Shop street. We were looking for somewhere affordable to stay while attending a friend's wedding and this was perfect. Will stay again.
