I stayed in Ward's last week. I have stayed there a number of times and always been well looked after. The rooms are quite basic, but are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was served - cooked to order - by a lovely friendly lady (I think she's Polish). This is the best part of my visit. I'm fussy about...

I would call it a b&b not a hotel. Rooms very small and ensuite is super tiny , hard to move in there even if very small person. Bed was not good at all. Location was okay about 10 minute walk to centre . Staff very friendly

The room was very noisy (bar below, windows not properly closing) and in need of some touching up. But I must say the toilet and shower were spotless and the bed very good. I was unlucky that the restaurant was already closed by the time I arrived, so I had to get out for food. But the breakfast was absolutely...

I love this hotel! It's not everyone's cup of tea as it's a bit dated and the rooms are small, but seriously it's brilliant. The location is great, about a 10 walk into town. The staff are really nice and friendly. The parking is free. The price is so appealing. I have stayed here plenty of times in the past,...

Stayed here a good while ago. Rooms are small but got it at a great price so it was ideal for us. It was a last minute booking idea and the rooms were very clean. Would recommend but not if you are looking for something spacious. More of a B and B than a hotel. Staff nice and friendly.

Value for money Bed and Breakfast, comfortable, good breakfast, good pint of Guinness. If you are not too fussy this place is 'grand' as the Irish say. Its a bit old in terms of décor but has a charm of its own nonetheless. The rooms were clean and the pub was cosy with a wood stove, good atmosphere, no trash...

We stayed here at the end of August - on arrival we asked for a menu and were told that they were not serving food that day! On allocation of rooms we were put at the very top of the building with lots of stairs to climb No sign of a lift. The rooms are very small and shower room/bathroom...

Stayed in July for a long weekend. Rooms are above a popular bar and have plenty of entertainment at weekends. Whilst the rooms may appear dated they are perfectly functional with all the usual amenities. We particularly liked the bed which was very comfortable, also loads of wardrobes etc for storage. Our room had a small room adjacent with a...
