Stayed here with some friends having travelled from Nottingham to watch Connacht v Toulouse at the Sportsground. Liam and Yvonne are excellent hosts, nothing too difficult. Situated in quiet cul-de-sac only a 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre. Leave the bedroom window open and you can hear the birds singing the dawn chorus...and we were also blessed with...

Lovely room, Yvonne and her son Andrew were very helpful. Easy bus ride to downtown Galway. In a cul-de-sac with a number of other B&B's. Breakfast is an extra charge, a bit different from most B&B's, but quite good.

We arrived at 9:30 p.m. after a long drive only to be told that due to a mix up the room we booked wasn't available. We were offered a twin room with no en-suite which we declined. The owner did find us another room just around the corner, but it did cost us more,.

Turned up at 10.45 with alot of drink taken, very abusive and rude. Amazing how tripadviser to give people a forum to slate a business especially when this guy never even stayed here.

Love staying here and have done regularly with my dad during galway race week. Liam and yvonne make us feel like part of the family and nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable and quiet as it is well out of the city centre, bus stop just across the road with regular transport in and out of the city centre. We...

The price is absolutely reasonable for what you get. The B&B is a bit outside of the city but you can walk to the city centre in 30 minutes. The service in the B&B is standard and rooms are clean. For 5€ you can have freshly made breakfast at the place which is very delicious and always a good start...

We stayed here our last night before we left Ireland and it was a great end to our trip. We loved the hospitality of our host and the fact that we had a fire and were able to have a drink by the fire. The breakfast was so good and the recommendations made by the hosts were really good.

Liam & Yvonne made our stay delightful! They helped us book two tours, and the tour company they recommended was top notch. They also shared a wonderful local pub where we ate dinner two nights in a row. Our room was charming, clean and quiet. The bus stops directly across the street which made it very convenient. We look forward...

Paid €195 for two nights. It was not apparent from the website that this was for room only and no en suite. Room was very basic, was unable to turn on heat in room. I found the husband to be quite rude, however the wife to be very apologetic for things not right with the room. Ok as a last...

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a bus stop just across the street. For 2 euro the bus will take you to Eyre Square, in the heart of lovely downtown Galway. We stayed in Room 3, which is a little but pleasant room with twin beds. The room was bright and clean and had a pretty view...
