Lovely house run by lovely people. Always made very welcome by Pauline and Eamon. We have stayed here several times, and always look forward to returning. Nice comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and great location. Highly recommended.
An ideal place for B&B - very welcoming proprietors, lovely room with all the facilities you could wish for, superb breakfast and good free wi-fi. We had to leave too early for breakfast (05.30) on our second night so we were provided with an excellent...More
This made a lovely change from staying in Dublin, a simple, warm, and welcoming house run by Eamon and Pauline.

I, too, found the owner's son (who was in charge during my visit) very accommodating. Why don't you give them a ring to ask? BTW, I found it a good place to stay. I'll certainly be using it next time I pass through Dun Laoghaire (and might even use it when I have business in Dublin - access to the City Centre by the DART railway line is so easy).

My advice would be to get the 703 AirCoach to / from the airport to Glasthule (St Joseph's Church). Departs Terminal 1 on the hour (Terminal 2 a couple of minutes later), every hour and 4 mins past the hour from Glasthule and takes about 45 mins. You would need to be on the 4.04am coach to the airport for your 6.45 flight. The fare is €8 a single ticket which can be bought on the coach. The coachstop at Glasthule is approx 5/10 mins walk to the B&B. The DART doesn't run to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ferry House, I had a great stay there recently and would use it again should the need arise. Eamonn and Pauline are great hosts.
