Stayed here at this hostel April 18th - 24 I have to say that the check in process was fast. All the reasons I chose this place was for all the funky artwork and the air of the place and location. Reception is top notch! They handled any request with a smile. When you pass by they always look up...

We stayed mid week. And this place is massive inside. Wifi reaches everywhere. So bonus. We stayed in a 24 dorm which was fine. Everyone is respectful of sound and lighting in the evenings and morning. The beds have this tray under the bottom bunk that makes the most horrendous metal on metal screeching sound when you pull it out...

Great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and apologies about the noisy storage cages which are all being replaced. We actually have not less than 4 toilets on each floor in addition to all the en-suite rooms and also ladies and gents multi unit shower blocks at the rear of the building - However, the hostel is extensive because...

I stayed 3 nights. Since I don't like having to deal with loud roommates or have to wait for the toilet, I booked private rooms. Given that it was a busy week, I chose to change rooms every night in order to have private rooms. I took an apartment, a double private and a double room. The first 2 are...

This hostel is as central as it gets! Lots of room sizes to choose from, reasonable prices. Very friendly staff that will answer any questions! You can get pub crawl and tour tickets from reception. Breakfast is available but we didn't try it! There is a lovely Irish pub next door-well worth a visit! Rooms are quite small and if...

Glad you enjoyed your stay and sorry to hear that showers may be cold . This is usually just a temporary issue at a very busy time and hot water is restored within minutes Best Regards

My friend and I stayed here one night in a private twin room. I liked it! Typical hostel bedroom but the shower/toliet was en suite which gave us a lot of privacy. The staff were friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. Breakfast was basic, but good and free! The location is amazing. You're right across the Liffey...

I only stayed for a couple of nights, the decor is amazing, the staff nice. Location was amazing! right in the centre. The only problem I think was the smell in the bedroom (really stinky) and the number of toilets and showers. Just a few for a bunch of people. But to travel cheap I really recommend.

Thanks kindly for the review. We have a big room of showers on the second floor and extras at on every floor. There's more at the back of the building that people tend to miss. Many thanks, Yvonne

Paid 16 euros per night and lived in a 16 bed (?) all girls room. It was horrible. Ventilation was bad and the room was very cramped.. bunk beds are tightly close to each other and you could hear people's alarm go off and there's no personal lamp to yourself. People just switch on the room lights when they are...

Thanks for the review. The number of beds for the size of the room is accordance with regulations and we have cleaning staff rostered at all times in case a customer finds an area unsatisfactory. We encourage guests to speak to us at reception straight away if they are unhappy about anything so it can be fixed promptly.

Do not stay in this absolute dump of a hostel, I can't emphasise enough how disgusting this place is, blood stained walls, stained bed sheets windows which were cracked, no hot water, poo on the floor in toilet area and Hallways an actual dead bird was under my mates pillow and a bloke in our room who would at anytime...

We here at The Abbey Court [voted ’Most popular hostel in Dublin 2017’ – Hostelworld] are grateful for the opportunity to let other travellers and accommodation providers know how this group of Welsh soccer fans disgraced their nation, sport and not least themselves and their families with their appallingly behaviour during their recent stay. Abbey Court has a basic set...
