The below comments terrified me but were completely wrong! The place had a lovely reception where they supplied us with maps and a 24 service. Free Wifi throughout the hostel. We got to the room which was a private double room with ensuite, it was fresh and clean - everything we needed. Overall a great stay for a very reasonable... More

Place was clean, staff were efficient and helpful. For a hostel, it was very good. Some noise from plant, but nothing too bad. Showers were hot. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was a thrown in extra. Overall value was really excellent

They got a problem with the water so we we had to go to another hostel to had a shower. It was so dirty. The wifi doesn't... More

Great location...but everything else was shocking. Booked a 4 bed dorm for the 4 of us. Ended up in 2 different rooms sharing with strangers. The room was small, dark and damp. There was a horrible smell, especially in the bathroom. The walls of the bathroom were cover in black mold, the taps in the sink were leaking & made... More

Citi hostel has a wonderful location and is very close to the tram, train and the bus stops, for example it appears that the train runs through the building itself. When we arrived we were greeted pleasantly and told we would have to wait 6 hours until the cleaners were finished with our room. Fair enough... And thankfully they are... More

A pretty good hotel when we went 3 years ago or something. I was pretty much smashed for the whole time though. But it was cheap and in an alright location. I do remember you had to make your own food.
