What a great place to stay. I'd been to Dublin several times but if you want a great time with live music and great staff this is right up there. It's not flash but well placed with breakfast only 5 euros, a pint at 5 euros what more could you want.

O'Shea's offers a great Irish theme to a Dublin visit. Live music available at the bar downstairs was good, encouraging people to dance and get involved. The bar had a friendly and welcoming feel during the evening. No sound travelled up the stairs to the room on second floor, although it could be heard through the window from the street below....

Hi Tom, Thanks very much for your review. We'll find out the reason for the bad reception of the TV too. We hope you come back soon!

Perfect location close to Busaras and Connolly station. Single room was large, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. Only problem was street noise - double glazing would be perfect but, I realise, expensive. I'd still willingly returm.

Hi HardSums, Thank you so much for your review. Yes city centre area can be noisy but it shouldn't be heard in the room. We hope you come and visit again soon!

This place plays live Irish music every night after 9:30pm and it's brilliant. And on Thursdays they have Irish set dancing. Each night is a different experience. Reasonably priced drinks and food as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Fab delicious food & drink every evening ,reasonable priced, great friendly staff & service. Good quiet location even though hustle bustle is 10 mins walk as is the main bus station & major shopping. Highly recommend. It was our local as we stayed just down the road but would look up this hotel next time. Plenty to do in around...

I came here on a friends recommendation. I found it reasonably priced, the staff were warm, the music good and food was also good. I enjoyed a chat with bar staff, had a couple of pints and left happy. Glad I visited this place, as there are so many good places, so I have just added this as one to...

Although we didn't stay in the hotel, O'Shea's was just down the road from where we were staying and became our "local"! The staff were great - friendly and funny and all very efficient. The food was excellent having had breakfast and lunch there. They had great live music there and overall the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend!

Popped in for food before getting a bus back to Kerry. I ordered the rib-eye and wasn't disappointed. A generous portion, cooked as I asked, a fine basket of delicious handcut chips, a nice side salad and a healthy dose of scrumptious pepper sauce. My partner got the house specialty dish of Guinness Stew and it was fab. You could...

Stopped in for dinner while staying at a nearby hotel. The atmosphere was really nice. Food was good and the price was right. The staff was friendly and fairly fast. I would eat here again if in Dublin.
