The Restaurant is great and the choice is excellent. Derek the concierge is very helpful and engaging. Highly recommended Great location for going to the BG Energy Theater just across the road. The desserts are delicious.

Had a lovely meal here last weekend. Brought my mum to a show in BGET and stopped in for a pre-theatre meal. The food was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome and in particular by Derek who i believe was the front of house manager. Checked a number of times that we were happy and satisfied. If...

Stayed here while attending a two day event in the Convention centre in January. Location is perfect if attending Convention Centre or if you are attending the Bord Gais Theatre. Check in was a little slow, only one person on the desk and a large family ahead of me. Room was large, clean and had everything needed for a business...

This is our second time staying at this hotel. As not even arriving yet but phoning up to ask a simple question about our booking. I had a very hurtful cheeky RUDE lady speak to me "Joycelyn" I wanted to know if we had a balcony literally a simple question to which she replied bare in mind not even asking...

The Rooms are really Clean, beds are so comfortable, and the hotel staff are extremely friendly. Hotel tried to be as accomodating as possible. Only fault (and trust me, these are minor) is that there are no "triple rooms" with all single beds. There is a double and single in each room.

Great hotel, facilities were brilliant, staff were polite, breakfast was good, bed's were comfy and rooms were nice and clean. Only draw was the location is a 20min walk into town, not great if your wearing heels. Advice - dont wear heels at temple bar area, cobble roads everywhere!

Just back from Clayton Hotel, Cardiff Lane. We booked two double rooms to go and celebrate my daughter's boyfriend's 21st. We emailed the hotel asking if they could decorate the room for his arrival. Our email was answered quickly and was told if we sent banners etc they would be more than happy to do it for us. On arrival...

Recently stayed here for one night with 10 friends. This hotel is a brilliant location, very central. Staff very accommodating, advised check in wasn't until 3, however they gave us one room which was available to leave our luggage and freshen up. The hotel was spotless, would like to return to try more of the facilities.

The hotel was great. We got a fridge delivered to our room along with a birthday card and chocolates from the staff. The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable. My view wasn't great but that wasn't an issue. It was quite a walk into the centre - took about half an hour but the weather was fantastic...
