Mature couple stayed two nights on a leg from Italy and France to USA. Our attic level room had no window, but a skylight for light and ventilation. Double bed and an extra single bed, small TV, and some open space in center of room. Would have preferred a chair and maybe a desk to the extra bed, but I...

Bernie & PJ greet you with big smiles and warm welcomes. The breakfast is hearty and served with a joke or a story from PJ. Bernie reviewed our itinerary with us and pointed out areas that we shouldn't miss. The room was quiet and comfortable. I will note that the place is for sale and if it sells it might...

Great, prompt communication prior and after stay, warm welcome when we arrived mid-day, Bernie even took us downtown in her personal vehicle upon hearing we wanted to still catch the hop-on-hop-off bus that day - she even had tickets on hand! Saved us time and money! Good dinner recommendations, Outstanding advice on destinations on the remainder of our route through...

I chose Botanic View B & B for our first and last nights of a two week stay in Ireland, and I am glad I did. We rented a car and used google maps on my phone to navigate us in the last bit. The B & B is conveniently located in between the airport and Dublin, so we didn't...

We couldn't have made a better choice. Older place, clean, charming. Liz is a very friendly, genuine hostess. Makes you comfortable, meets your needs. Location was perfect for our needs to get to the ferry in the am.

We stayed at this B&B in September of 2013. Bernie and PJ are great people. Bernie greeted us with a big smile, made us feel at home, and really went the extra mile to help us in any way they could - far more than we would have any right to expect. PJ is a lot of fun, and I...

I love, love, love this B&B. Bernie and PJ are the best. PJ is always telling jokes and getting everyone to laugh. Anytime I come to Dublin from the States this is my home away from home. Tops in my book. Can't wait to return soon.

If you are prepared for a 20 minute stroll to the attractions of the city centre (as I was, and why wouldn't I be, having saved a tidy sum on my lodgings) then this place is perfect in every other respect. In fact, the owner gave me a lift to the city centre on my arrival because he happened to...

Staying here was much more like staying with friends or relatives than staying at a hotel. Bernadette offered a lot of helpful tips, a tour of the neighborhood, and more. It was a great way to begin our first trip to Ireland.
