This was our last night in Ireland and I’ll begin from the bottom. The family room (a perfectly kept one is at the top of the building, directly under the roof, so the space for you is limited by its slope - for two people nearly 2 meters tall it was rather difficult to move. The bathroom is very small...

We chose Annandale B&B for our 3-night stay in Dublin because of its excellent reviews and proximity to my conference at Dublin City University. Julie went the extra mile to make sure we got safely to her home and gave us useful recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, local transport, etc. She and Brian were engaging and accommodating, looking after all our...

It was my wife's 3rd time and my 2nd. As always, we were given a hearty welcome and made to feel immediately at home. Julie has very practical advice and guidance on things to do, what to see and so on. Brian (Julie's husband) is always a bundle of fun when he surfaces. Everything is very accessible whether by own...

A great way to round-out our 10 day driving tour around Ireland!! Upon our arrival in Dublin, we spent 3 nights (July 25-28) at Annandale B&B. Julie was an amazing host--very welcoming & always helpful with great suggestions on what to do or where to eat & very knowledgeable about Ireland’s rich history. The location is an easy walk to...

We stayed at Annandale for 2 nights ..the first the evening we arrived in Dublin, and again a week later for the night before our departure. We chose it because of what seemed to be easy access to & from the airport, to & from the city, and it definitely was. For the 4 of us (adults) we had Rooms...

My husband and our 15 year old son stayed 2 nights here July 2014. We had the top floor family room (I see someone else has commented here negatively about the same room). Yes, the ceilings are pitched, so watch your head, but overall it was a great room. The two large skylight windows offered amazing views and lots of...

We stayed for one night and a hearty breakfast before going on our way. Julie went out of her way to help us. She helped us to get a rental car, get a reservation for a night at another B&B in Avoca, and allowed us to leave our baggage in her home while we toured Dublin for the day. Thanks...

My wife and I just spent two nights at this bed and breakfast and found it to be one of the friendliest and best run places we've ever stayed in. Julie and Brian couldn't do enough for us and were really helpful. This was our first time in Dublin and we didn't know where to go or what to do...

On December 16, 2013 I reserved 3 rooms for 3 couples and was given a confirmation for 1 double 1 twin and 1 triple room, 3 rooms in total. When we arrived on June 21, 2014 the Owner Julie set my friends up in the twin and double room and advised me that my room was a quad (I did...

Myself, my sister and my grandmother made the trip to Dublin to visit where my grandmother grew up. I chose and booked the B&B because of the great reviews and great value for money and it did not disappoint! It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport and we parked easily on the drive. We arrived about 3...
