We stayed for 2 nights and slept well. The hotel is in a great location, the room price was very reasonable for city-centre Dublin. Styling and facilities are very traditional - apart from the weird and wonderful dining/bar area - and could do with an upgrade, but that would certainly impact on the rates. We were greeted by very friendly...

I stayed one night at the Grafton Capital Hotel but I would have preferred to sleep on the street.  Noisy and dirty room, broken furniture, low cleaning standard, 2 electrical socket in the room and one was broke, no wifi only in the lobby area which is always busy and there is no space to seat. Disgusting and poor breakfast.

The location of this hotel is great and the front desk staff were very kind, but that's where the good in this hotel ends. I love a classic, old fashioned joint as much as the next traveler, but I do not love mold and years of accumulated filth. My hotel room was disgusting and has clearly fallen victim to years...

Looking at the reviews this hotel is getting a bit of an unfair bashing - your paying £70 for a smack in the central hotel that is ..OK. yes the hotel needs a massive injection of cash and yes its shabby in most places but if it wasn't you would be paying £180 for the room. On arrival i was...

TLDR - Scruffy and broken interior. Large amount of money from room stolen whilst out yet no door log of anyone going into the room whilst we were out (so someone in management or reception probably stole the money). Staying at this hotel means that your belongings won't be safe and will very likely be rifled through by someone looking...

The Grafton Capital Hotel is in a brilliant location near Stephen's Green, and therefore walking distance of almost anywhere, The rooms are good if you are just after somewhere comfortable to sleep, but could definitely do with a lick of paint. If you after a peaceful trip it could also be not for you, as it has a night club...

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. To start our stay we greeted by a foregin greasy haired guy with broken english that looked like the handy man. Booked the room with breakfast & on arrival we were told it was not included & that he'll tell the 'tech guy' because he didn't know what to do and the...

Stayed here recently, it's very centrally located near grafton street, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. If you know what to expect from this hotel and get it a decent price it's worth the stay. It's by no means fancy and could do with many upgrades, but if your looking for a convenient place to stay in the city center...

Our 2 nights that we spent at the Grafton Hotel were great. The concierge was extremely helpful upon our arrival and she was always happy to offer advice whenever we asked. It was in a great location for the nightlife of Dublin and an easy walk to many of the cities infamous attractions. Overall our experience was pleasant. The rooms...
