This place is great! The room sizing is outstanding for 1 to 2 people, breakfast is authentic, and getting around from this location is easy. There is a bus stop just outside of the property that'll take you to downtown Dublin (I recommend getting a "Leap Pass" or some other all inclusive pass if you are going to take the...

Couldn't ask for more! Clean well presented B&B. Lovely large well-kept rooms. Excellent breakfast (cereal, continental or bacon, eggs, sausages, plus toast, tea, coffee). Wonderful friendly host who couldn't do enough. Thanks for a great stay PJ, we will definitely be back.

This B&B is run by PJ and Maureen, both of whom treat you the same way they would wish to be treated in a guests' home. The atmosphere is extremely homely and my finance and I honestly felt that we were visiting family which is such a rare find I cannot begin to put it into words. Thank you PJ,...

We loved the warm hospitality from PJ, the owner-operator of this cozy place. This is located between the airport and Dublin city center, making the location convenient, and it's also right on a bus line that will take you into town in 15 minutes. PJ had a cot (crib) set up for us when we arrived so our 6-month old...

PJ went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. When I didn't arrive as early as he'd anticipated, he called my home in the US to check on me! He provided comfortable, private, quiet accommodations and even fixed a basket of fruit and snacks for my husband, who had to fly out early before the...

We arrived much later than we had hoped and received a very warm and friendly welcome and good advice where to find something to eat that late. Thank you so much- also for the good Irish stories after breakfast the next day. You made the start of our hollidays a very good one.
