The Ballsbridge was a very nice hotel to stay in Dublin. We were with a tour group and transportation was by our bus. Our room was in the tower part of the hotel. It was spacious and very comfortable. Our buffet breakfast was included and very good.

I stay at the Ballsbridge hotel when out in Dublin for work. The staff are great, the hotel is convenient for many restaurants and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I want to say a particular thank you to Carmel and Ciara at breakfast. I am intolerant to wheat and dairy and they go out of their way to help...

Spent a night there with wife when attending concert in Dublin. It's easily confused with the other hotel in Ballsbridge so be careful! Prices are crazy now for Dublin and that's excluding breakfast! Free parking was included though.

Recently stayed at the ballsbridge , found our room clean and tidy with ample storage space . Didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food or service , but did have a pizza from room service which was great ,we collected it from the main bar to save on the €5 delivery charge. The reception staff were...

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for your lovely review. we are delighted you enjoyed the hotel. Perhaps on your next visit you will try our breakfast which gets great reviews or perhaps the Dubliner bar which has the best ribs in the whole of Dublin. Kind regards Michael

Stayed 4 nights, 2 rooms. Clean, comfortable rooms. Furniture & bathroom old & dated. Heating not working in one room (were supplied with a portable) and not very controllable in the other. Very cold around the hotel corridors, bar and restaurant. Bring warm clothes! Good choice at breakfast but cooked breakfast just warm and a bit tasteless and a long wait...

Dear polann, Many thanks for your review and your comments regarding your stay. It would seem to have been a pretty "mixed Bag" but on the whole it would seem your stay was satisfactory. The comments you raised have been passed on to the relevant departments and we hope to use them to improve our offering. Kind regards Michael

The hotel is very easy to get to from Dublin Airport. There's an AirCoach stop right outside. First impressions are good, the hotel reception area is large, there's a pub onsite and a restaurant used for breakfast and even a barber shop. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Staff will say good morning to you as you walk through....

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Before booking it I read reviews and many of them insisted in the distance to downtown, but we walked that distance four times everyday and we are still healthy and alive. I guess living in London makes you rethink about the distances and 2.5km is not much to walk....

Nothing special here but the hotel is clean and comfortable and was fine for an overnight business stop. Nice breakfast, friendly staff and satisfactory room. the wifi did not work great which was a bit of a hindrance (although it had worked well on previous stays so maybe it was a short term issue)

Dear travelexpert999, Thank you for your review and your helpful comments. I am disappointed that you found the Completely Free Internet access to be patchy particularly when we have invested heavily in this area of our offering in the recent past. I hope it was just a glitch. We hope that as a regular you continue to frequent the hotel....

This is a good place in Dublin if you want a quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city. A modern style with nice spacious rooms when you ask for the tower block. The pub style restaurant has really good food and a lively atmosphere. I would stay there again.

Dear Rob D, Thank you for your review and you comments regarding your stay. I am delighted to see you would recommend us and would stay again. The Dubliner as you say is a lively option to eat and drink in and feels like more of a pub than a hotel bar. Hope to see you on your next visit...
