The thing I most look for when staying in a hotel is good service as I believe it goes a long way. The staff are very friendly and there is a homely atmosphere throughout. The exterior is quite dated but don't let that put you off; inside it is a classic establishment in tune with the area. The Dubliner has...

This hotel is good enough to send your employees to without fear that they think you.re a cheapskate and cheap enough such that you don't feel youre being extravagent with the travel budget. The hotel is large well located with good service. Tanya (Russian?) was exceptionally good and helpful

Room was upgraded to the Towers. Very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Staff were helpful and standard of service was good. The hotel is a nice (when not raining) 10min stroll from Grafton St so a great base.

First impressions count. We were very early for checking in and would have been happy to store our bags. Our room was made ready in 40 minutes while we had a cup of tea in a lovely café. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee available in the room.

Travelled as a couple staying one night, and that was enough. This is a large convention centre/hotel, always busy I'd guess. Check was fine, but we had to go back three times because our swipe cards kept failing. Told they were very sensitive and not to keep them near phones- quite a challenge these days. It is probably a bit...

Dublin is a big city with several areas of distinction. The Ballsbridge Hotel is not downtown but a short cab ride or significant walk to Trinity College/downtown. I think it is a convention style hotel but it remained personal and friendly. Staff was great and helpful with other places to eat and sample the numerous pubs. The restaurant was good...

Here for business at the hotel I found the room a great size with good wifi. Bathroom felt tired but bedding clean the mattress a little soft but needless my sleep was good. I was sceptical about the hotel but after spending two nights I can confirm that I was happy with my stay. The room was decent, with 2 comfortable beds - nothing to fancy in decoration.
