Love this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent- enormous choice and caters for gluten free. Good location for centre of Dublin. Half an hour walk- lots of buses and reasonable priced taxis. My third visit here and it is just as good.

Myself and my friend stayed here last Friday night as she had won tickets for The Late Late Show audience. We arrived at about 6:30 and checked in straight away. We were on the 8th floor and had a nice view from our window. We had not much time as we had to change, get something to eat and be...

Very nice hotel in a great location. The Hop on and Hop off bus stopped just outside the hotel and made it easy to get in and out of the main part of town. Staff was very helpful and room was large, nice and very clean. The pub off the lobby was a nice place to have a meal and...

This large hotel, several blocks from the U.S. embassy, is in a pleasant neighborhood with nearby restaurants and pubs. The concert/exhibition hall (venue for a major horse show) is within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff here was very accommodating: take-away breakfasts were made available...

Butiful hotel. The survice was great and it was very clean. Typical Irish breakfast. There are two buses that stopes near by the hotel every few minutes. The staff was kind and was happy to assist all time.

depends on how busy the hotel. sometimes its good and sometimes its bad. noise is major issue over weekends when youth book in for parties and then come back at 5am totally wrecked and drunk and then they cause major noise until 7am. parking is disaster especially near the construction site.. expect to wake up with cement on your car.

We stayed for a Hen Weekend. We had a room on the 7th floor which was great. It was spacious with plenty of room for all 3 of us. The rooms were light & airy, the beds were comfy & the shower did its job. The staff were friendly and helpful from the waiting staff to the reception staff. The...

The room was large with comfortable beds. There was no mini frigde in the room and when we asked for one the staff placed it in the middle of the room. I ended up moving it into the cabinet myself. The tub didn't drain properly and when showing filled up. the tub spicket was also loose. The maintenance man tried...

I visited the hotel on the 27th of April 2016. Even though I wasn't a resident at the hotel, I found Mark at front desk extremely helpful. I was having difficulty using the computers and he guided me through how to use them. I thought he was extremely friendly and a good asset to your hotel.

Thank Katie O
