This hotel is a nice place to stay in the Ballsbridge section on Dublin. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were not small at all. The hotel was professionally staffed and they were willing to go "above and beyond".We had breakfast at the restaurant before leaving and the service was quick and food was good.

This hotel is amazing! I was being treated to a night away for a very special occasion and the hotel along with its staff ensured it was the most perfect night. The staff were all very kind, welcoming and helpful. To my surprise we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, words cannot describe how astonishing the room...

I stay here a lot. But trying to book this time is a nightmare. Provided a list of dates at reception where a noob wouldn't enter them in real time. Then two emails from reservations asking for the list to be confirmed ..,. without providing the list to confirm. Aggghhh.

First time staying here, we chose a dinner bed and breakfast package which was great value. The hotel public aras are lovely but the rooms are a bit dated, we were upgraded to a junior suite and got a lovely plate of sweet treats in the room on arrival as it was my husbands birthday. I had booked dinner online...

I got a "deal" on booking.com (if you call €159/night without breakfast a deal that is). Our room was stuffy and small, the window barely opened to let air in. Not even a decent shower for that price, the water dribbled out. Great location but incredibly disappointed with the value. I've stayed in nicer b&bs, never mind hotels. Save your...

Picked this hotel on booking.com for a last minute stopover following a change of travel plan. Rooms are ok, but nothing special; you do get complimentary tea and coffee in the room together with a kettle. I arrived too late for any food at the hotel (even room service stops at 22:00 according to the in room menu) so I...

Had an overnighter in this hotel, left too early for breakfast so can't comment. Have a very nice meal the previous evening with some good wine in the bar, as we had just missed the cut off for the restaurant. Staff at the check in and at he bar were very charming. Slept well in a comfortable clean rood with...

After walking out of a hotel we booked this one last minute and we amazed by its cleaniness and how friendly the staff were. The rooms were big and bathrooms were a good size. Breakfast was 15 euro which was expensive so I wouldn't recommended. Although it is out of the city centre it doesn't take long by bus or...
