Butiful hotel. The survice was great and it was very clean. Typical Irish breakfast. There are two buses that stopes near by the hotel every few minutes. The staff was kind and was happy to assist all time.

depends on how busy the hotel. sometimes its good and sometimes its bad. noise is major issue over weekends when youth book in for parties and then come back at 5am totally wrecked and drunk and then they cause major noise until 7am. parking is disaster especially near the construction site.. expect to wake up with cement on your car.

We stayed for a Hen Weekend. We had a room on the 7th floor which was great. It was spacious with plenty of room for all 3 of us. The rooms were light & airy, the beds were comfy & the shower did its job. The staff were friendly and helpful from the waiting staff to the reception staff. The...

The room was large with comfortable beds. There was no mini frigde in the room and when we asked for one the staff placed it in the middle of the room. I ended up moving it into the cabinet myself. The tub didn't drain properly and when showing filled up. the tub spicket was also loose. The maintenance man tried...

I visited the hotel on the 27th of April 2016. Even though I wasn't a resident at the hotel, I found Mark at front desk extremely helpful. I was having difficulty using the computers and he guided me through how to use them. I thought he was extremely friendly and a good asset to your hotel.

Didn't expect such big rooms in Dublin with all the modern necessities. The hotel is ideally located with bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended. The property is very big, had to walk 5 min from the lobby to reach my non smoking room.

Myself and my girlfriend checked into the Ballsbridge for a 3 night stay. The rooms are spacious and a decent view but the real value is in the hotel pub the Dubliner. Forget any other pub around the city of Dublin you can experience all the sites and sounds of the city 50 feet from your room. Sean the bar...

Stayed here with my mum for a girly weekend in Dublin. The rooms are a great size and the facilities are great. Staff couldn't be helpful enough either. It's around a 25 minute walk into the main centre but close to the grand canal which is a beautiful walk!

The service was quite good (reception, bar), and the rooms were clean - that combined with a great location and good price resulted in decent stay. The only complaint is it could use an update/ modernising. It reminded me of the hotel in the Shinning
