We just got home today from an amazing trip to Ireland. We stayed at Egan's House for two nights in the family room. The price was great!! I don't think you could beat the value (59 euro a night for a family of 4). The staff was very friendly and helpful!! It was more like a small hotel than a...

Had a lovely weekend in Dublin. The hotel was near enough to the city to travel in by a 10 minute bus ride each day which was no problem, buses ran regularly & up to half 11. The room's were very clean & layed out well. The staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of information in the welcome pack in...

This hotel was totally worth the money we spent. The staff was so nice and helpful, and the rooms and lobby areas were very cozy. I would definitely recommend Egans House to anyone. The only flaw is distance from the city center. It's a little far for walking so a short bus ride is the best bet.

We were supposed to stay here again from December 2nd till 5th, however due to heavy snow Dublin airport was closed and we had to cancel our trip, we only found out at the aiport. Straight away I called Egans house and explained to them that Dublin airport was closed, nothing we could do about it in all fairness but...

Thank you for your comment, it’s always very important for us to have feedback from our guest. To start with, I believe you were satisfied with Egans House as you stayed with us before and it’s a pity that you are not happy with our cancelation policy. When you booked your room, you accepted the terms and conditions as stated...

Having stayed at Egans House many times during the last decade I can honestly say that this is a wonderful place: friendly people with a great sense of service, really nice rooms, and the best of breakfasts. Egans is very convenientely located - in a quiet part of Dublin - between the airport and the city centre. Highly recommended! Helena

The distance to th City Centre is precisely one mile - 20 minute walk or 10 minutes by bus which costs €1.60. The lounge is loved by most people warm, cosy, relaxing - please remember that this is a traditional 100 year old guesthouse. The carpets are spotless. There was indeed a hook missing off the curtain track. The comment...
