Townhouse was very nice and in a great location, but our room for 3 was small, stuffy, and had terrible beds. It seemed like a room for 2 that they stuck an additional bed into. The continental breakfast was nothing special. Free parking was the best thing about our stay.

If they give you room 205 then straight away tell them that you will not stay in that room. Room 205 is a room right behind the reception area. In every other hotel I have stayed in this room would be the office area behind the reception that staff would use and would be used for storing bags etc. I...

Average hotel at best, not worth the inflated prices compared to other places. Good transport links to and from the airport as well as in and out of central Dublin. Wouldn't book this hotel again when travelling to Ireland.

We loved the Ballsbridge location and the hotel design. The room and common areas were perfect! The staff were also very helpful. The breakfast was prepared fresh with yogurt, scones, and fruit also available.

The twin beds were so comfortable and the bathroom and shower lovely. Breakfast was fantastic in such a cute, quaint little room with loads of home-baked goodies on top of hot dishes. Excellent stay in a great location.

My husband and myself stayed at the Pembroke Townhouse for approx. three weeks coming and going to stay with friends and family. I was a little worried about staying for so long in case we did not like the accommodations. We need not have worried. From day one the staff made us feel we were visiting friends. We had a...

Wonderful staff!! Great service! We had to catch an early train and they packed us a breakfast to go! Very quiet and comfortable! Enjoyed the common area and conversation with other guests. We would definitely recommend and stay here again next trip to Dublin!

Mattresses must have once been part of the Dublin Wall. Concrete is more pliable. Staff is international, which is nice given location in Embassy District. The staff was also very accommodating. The Brekkie, as they call it, is overpriced and underwhelming. We are usually very easy to please, so it's difficult for us to give such a low rating. Would...

The area of the hotel is really nice and clean. The Hotel itself has a classic style and it was clean and tidy! The first (out of three) night they gave me a room right behind the front desk where I could hear people coming in and out all night! Next morning I asked to be moved and my new...
