I read some bad reviews but I would say the following based on staying in room 2 on the first floor; 1) No issues with noise 2) Comfy bed and staff friendly enough. 3) We went through Agoda and payed AUD $324 for 4 nights. 4) The heater in bathroom was not working, the plastic on side of bath was...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights about a week ago. We had a great stay! The hotel staff were lovely and willing to help with anything we needed; I brought a pit noodle with me, and there was no problem at all from the girl at reception with me getting boiling water to bring back to the...

I stayed here with my partner and we both would return. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was quiet and clean, the location was good and the beds and seats were very comfortable. There was some work going on while we were there that we were not warned about. The smell of paint was strong and the noise...

I read the reviews before staying here and decided to stay anyway. I'm glad I did. The price was fantastic for the location. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Temple Bar area and 2 minutes from O'Connell St. Yes, the shower was small but it was small everywhere that I stayed in Ireland. The room was a decent size...

This hotel is not suitable for older and/or handicapped people because it has no lift. I am 68 and had to walk up and down ca.80 steps. In addition, the hotel was being renovated while guests crawled over rolled up carpets and breathed in the paint fumes. There were no coffee facilities in the room. The stuff was enigmatic, as...

Barry's hotel is located in a very convenient area, Upper O'Connell streets, that's why very useful to reach Dublin city centre, just a few minutes from the wonderful James Joyce Center. The hotel is quite informale but very very cheap. :-)
