Location was better than we expected and easy walk into city and stagger home in the early hours. We had tickets to the rugby and was easily only 15 min walk too. Airport bus picks up and drops off right outside the hotel too. Rooms were great and showers fantastic. Just slight issue on checkout when a guy on reception...

I stayed here in Feb 17 for a gig in dublin. really nice and modern hotel hotel. did not get to experience much of the hotel as we checked in late and left early the next morning but would like to go back and stay again. Reasonable price for Dublin city centre.

Lovely little hotel, in the heart of Dublin, walkable to most places. I visited Trinity College, which has amazing history. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely, a hearty meal to start the day. Staff friendly, room very clean. Not enough towels, but we got more.

No real faults, parking an issue though. If you are just staying for Saturday night, get there after 4pm, read the signs and you can find parking outside, wish I had known. Room was clean and a nice size. With parking I feel the reception should have a bit of local knowledge, also with that, they directed to a shop...

Nice hotel, 25 minutes walking from the city center, with clean and spacious room. Quiet area. Breakfast was nice, but could have more fruit. The price was a little bit high considering this is a very Ibis like hotel, so nothing very noticeable about it.

Stayed here as I was going to a show in the Bord Gias Theatre with my daughter. Location was ideal only a couple of minutes walk away. Hotel was lovely and clean and had nice modern decor. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and great choice. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel within walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was good. They have an awesome chicken burger and chicken wings lol. The Christmas dinner was good since most other restaurants are closed on Christmas Day. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Didn't really have any complaints the rooms are a little small but no big deal...

Completely inflexible with moving a date for a booking insisting on zero refund or even offering to look at alternate dates - clearly wanting to pocket the additional revenue. The frustration came with the telephone manner from the Reservations Manager - poor customer service, sympathy for additional costs and complete lack of help. I'll strongly advise all colleagues to avoid...

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the Bord Gais Theatre, the hotel is within short walking distance, staff were welcoming enough, the room was nice but got VERY hot overnight.. so not a great nights sleep. We had a 2 course pre theatre dinner package... just so you're aware one course is soup... no choice offered...

My expectations were exceeded in regards to quality of bathroom. However to my surprise the breakfast was priced the same as some wonderful 4 star hotels. Breakfast €15. Rediculous. Staff fairly unfriendly. No smiles. I'd get over all of that BUT the windows must have been singled glazed/ and or weren't sealed appropriately as the traffic noise could be heard...
