I had booked this hotel impulsively and at short notice without reading any reviews and my heart sank when I did. Too late to cancel. But, thankfully, my daughter and myself had a wonderful time in Dublin and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. Yes, I asked for a room on the third floor which...

Stayed here last night and honesty it was the worst decision I've ever made. The receptionist was fine, didn't seem too bothered about whether I was there or not. Gave me my room key (WHICH WAS A PHYSICAL KEY) and sent me on my way. After trying to get in to my room for about 4 minutes I eventually figured...

I always read reviews with a grain of salt but in this case I'm not lying as this is a total RIP OFF as spent 5 of the worst nights of my life here recently at €125.00 which they insisted I pay upon arrival. At the most it's worth €40-50 per night and only suitable it you are coming back...

If you are after a very average hotel in the middle of Temple bar district then this is it, rooms are average, breakfast is average, overall hotel is average but it is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants, so spend plenty of time outside the hotel exploring this great city and just use this hotel to...

From the attitude of the staff to the price of the drink!!! Only thing that could have possibly been worse would surely be the toilets...... and low and behold they didn't fail. Absolute kip as we would say I these parts. Living off the tourist in the worst way, Fitzsimons is.milking the cow and is making a show of the...

Had to pay to park a car we weren't going to use. Hotel does not have any free parking. Also you are paying to stay in a loud area a prime rate without facilities to match price. Hotel was older and lacked good windows to keep out noise at night. The location of this hotel was perfect too sightsee and...

I stayed here recently and while the location was good , that's about all the positive I can find . I will start with the reception staff ... I don't know what to say , not pleasant or welcoming I'm not sure if they realise it's a hotel they are working at ? The appearance of the receptionist when we...

Just got back from a great couple of days in Dublin. Superb time apart from the brief time spent in this dive. If we'd gone here first we probably wouldn't have hung around temple bar much. Fortunately we only spent 10 mins there. The price of guiness was shocking and the barmaid even tried to give me a pint that...

Just got back from a great weekend to Dublin with four friends and we all had a ball. Staff on arrival were friendly and couldnt do enough for you. We was even given free tickets for the night club downstairs, which would of cost us £40 which was a bonus. Room was cleaned everyday even though we was only there...
