This is a nice hotel with great facilities. The staff are all really helpful and friendly. But it is quite a walk to the city centre - 14euro taxi ride to Busaras :-( The rooms were clean and comfortable and I liked the coffee machine, bagel and cookies facilities on each floor.

We arrived very early after landing at 07:30 and drove straight to the hotel to park the hire car, there was no issue & the charge for all of that day, plus the whole of the day we checked out was €10. Very good for a secure underground city centre car park. We were upgraded to a club floor so...

It was all perfect. I felt very welcome thanks to the nice receptionists. The room was spacious and quiet. A very good quality and plentiful breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect for a professional stay and for a visit to Dublin, since is near to a bike sharing station and to buses and trains.

Even if this is much cheaper than the other hotels it is not worth the money. It is a 15 minute walk through the "less nice" areas of Dublin just to get to civilization. After the reception, the hotel is very out-dated and needs significant maintenance and upkeep to make it look nicer. The beds have to be 20+ years...

Sean and Frabrizio on the front desk made this stay extra special. They're great hoteliers: friendly & engaging. I stayed on the third floor with a view of the canal. Complimentary tea, coffee and cookies on that floor. Breakfast was good too. For lunch, I'd the chicken wrap in the bar which came out promptly. Their coffee prices are a...

My third or fourth stay here in the past year or so. Check in was OK and I was upgraded to a room overlooking the side of the hotel on the 5th floor. It was generally quiet, which was good, but starting to show its age - the door handle and lock were loose, the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly,...

Modern spacious airy hotel close to town centre - rooms clean and functional and what you might expect of a Hilton. Stand out feature was the staff - friendly and engaging and made it personal rather than treating me as just one of the crowd. I had to leave before restaurant was open for breakfast and without prompting the team...
