Stayed here for a 4 night city break, although convenient for buses, was a longish walk into the livelier parts of the City Centre. Breakfast was first class, especially the full Irish, staff were generally friendly and helpful although reception staff could have been more forthcoming with information

We stayed in Hotel St George for two evenings. The room was compact, but had everything we needed. The heating could not be adjusted, so the room was extremely hot. Because of this, we had to have the windows open, which wasn't ideal when it was pouring with rain. The shower room was ridiculously small. It was difficult to manoeuvre...

Dear Tracy Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that your room was too hot during your stay. The heating in all of our bedrooms is controllable from each individual room, we would certainly have been able to assist you had this been notified to the reception. We do however hope to see you again in the...

One night stay. Good place to see the city just steps away from sights, 10min walk to temple bar area. Price level also good. Good bus connections to airport and back (local bus 3,30eur or bit quicker airport bus 6eur). Friendly service and to my opinion quite good breakfast including hot irish or options + several cold cuts, breads etc....

Caught bus from airport (no 16, zone 13 - €3.10 one way) took approx 45 mins and stopped within 2 min walk of hotel. NB: bus driver only takes coins but ticket machine by bus stop. Had a lovely stay. Asked for a quiet room and got one! All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Good breakfast and able to provide gluten free bread even though we had forgotten to request it on booking. Receptionists were very helpful with directions, especially when we asked about taking the train to Howth. Lovely to be able to...

My wife and I spent 3 nights here. Even the taxi driver who brought us from the airport remarked it was a good choice for its location at the top of O'Connell Street. We stayed in Room 410 which was at the back of the hotel, as requested at the time of booking. The whole experience was excellent. The room...
