We spent a weekend in the Waterloo House and we weren't disappointed by our choice! The accommodation is very clean and homely looking. Staff is very friendly, even though we weren't told what time the check out time would be, I'm 100% sure they would have told us if we had asked them! The complementary newspaper was a big plus...

The hotel is in a grand place if you're out walking about Dublin, and we were able to park as it was a Sunday. The room was clean, but small and the bathroom nothing to write home about. All worked well and it was also clean, but cosmetically some of the bits of touching up you expect in any room...

This was my first experience in Ireland staying at the Waterloo House. It was easy to find by cab (probably should have taken the bus bc it's cheaper-the cab that I thought would be 20 Euros was 30- and the bus is 8 Euros and really leaves you at the top of the street, it is not a far walk...

I loved our three-night stay at the Waterloo House and can't say enough about what it has to offer. I stayed with my family, including a 2-year-old and we had every accommodation we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions we had about our stay and about sight seeing. The location is about a 15...

Why go to a big hotel when you can enjoy a moderately priced B&B - that is run like a hotel. Evelyn, the owner, trains her staff perfectly to be always looking out for the customer. She maintains her hotel property continuously to keep it at a top state of repair. The breakfast is simply the best in Dublin -...

I always return to Waterloohouse when visiting family and friends in Dublin. Quiet, comfortable with a very charming and friendly atmosphere. I adore the Georgian style of the house and rooms. The rooms are elegant and cosy and have everything needed including tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast is great, lots of tasty options, attententivly served in a sunfilled morning...

I stayed 4 nights at Waterloo House (WH) during July/August 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. as most of my family live in Ireland I am over the water many times each year. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, comfy beds, clean rooms, pleasant hosts, car parking and WH is really handy for the centre of Dublin, 'll be...

My girlfriend and I stayed her a few nights when we were new to Dublin. We were so well looked after. On arrival, the staff were helpful in showing us to the rooms and the local bits and pieces. The room itself was nice, nothing over the top and the bathroom was big for a bed and breakfast. The bed...

We were disappointed with this B&B, the rooms were small and dated. We have stayed in several B&B's in Ireland and this one is overpriced. The breakfast were small and it lacked the friendliness of a B&B you would expect. It was a good twenty-five minute walk into town.

Attended an event in Dublin and accommodation is always at a premium in the summer months. I needed a base within walking distance of city centre, Ballsbridge and that had parking. Waterloo Guest house has all of these, and more. From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Not that I live in a grand Georgian house, but...
