Was with a group and unfortunately I got split up from the others, however it all worked out fine. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hostel is in a great location, walking distance from many great restaurants and Trinity College and yet not on a main road so was quiet at night.

The staff would do anything for you, incredibly helpful, friendly and go out of way to accommodate needs. The location is great, handy for o conned street and other good places of interest. The beds were incredibly squeaky! Showers and toilets clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you need!

Booked the MEC Hostel for six non-traditional (33-53 years of age) hostel users, but experienced travelers. We were in a 16-person room. Rooms were clean. Bedding was clean. Bath/toilet areas were fine, considering the amount of use they get. Noise was as to be expected (noisy, but it's a hostel so no complaints). Staff were super friendly and nice. Breakfast...

Booked out of a terrible hostel and booked into this gem. The rooms are clean and spacious. Although some of the staff did not understand english so well their service was brilliant especially Ivana. I will def be back there soon and can highly recommend them to anyone

We stayed in a 6-people bedroom. The room was clean and big, but it had the fire exit green light on all night, so the ones sleeping on the top of the bed bunks had some trouble sleeping. We were on the second floor, where there were 2 toilets and 2 showers for men (I guess it was the same...

I've been travelling Europe for a few weeks, and have seen my share of hostels.. This one by far is the worst. I'm only giving one star because I cant give 0. The wifi was difficult at the best of times, there are so many flights of stairs( would never recommend this hostel for people with luggage like we had)....

I have stayed here once before and still felt the need to write another review (says a lot). I have stayed here in two different suites over the period of a week, both very accommodating with a small kitchen, living, dining and hot-press area in both. Each room was cleaned to perfection. Towels depended on your length of stay but...

Cheap hostel. Facilities a bit old but all clean. Bed sheets are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Have most facilities except laundry, but a laundry shop can be found just 4 minutes walk away. I originally booked for a mixed room, but that night I was the only girl and the other boys came in at midnight while...

Excellent hostel to stay, it is quiet with huge rooms and amazing old building kept in superb conditions. The staff members are really helpful and professional, you meet people from everywhere and everybody behaves well.

Wasn't expecting much as first stay in a hostel. But was surprised with how clean and spacious our room was. Stayed with 8 friends in 2 of the 4 bedroom en-suit, both rooms were basic as expected but clean and we had everything we needed. The lounge area was good for us all to sit together. Location is good close...
