Stayed here while in Dublin for the Mark Knoffler/Bob Dylan Concert, which was also very good. Number 31 is an Oasis of calm in a busy city. Different but that's what makes this place so special. Our room was in the main house, a beautiful...More

Hi! Read a lot of positive reviews. Negatives seems to be privacy from garden on first floor, correct? No desk in room, right? Some other questions: 1) What about parking? Free parking? 2) In-Room safe for valuables? 3) What about hot water maker/tea coffee in room? 4) Realistically, how far from city center? 5) Easy access to tram to city center? Thanks very much!
