the property is in a great location, close to everything, yet on a quiet street. the staff were so helpful and nice, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious~~ the rooms are a bit worn, but we had warmth, clean beds, and a nice bath, a desk and the makings of tea in the room... what more could you want??

My 2 teen sons and I stayed in a large room with 2 full beds, 2 chairs, a small table, small refrigerator, closet, and a bathroom with tub and shower combo. It is on a quiet street, but super close to everywhere we wanted to go! We walked or bused everywhere easily, including to/from the airport. The office is on...

The service was polite and efficient, we were able to check in even before our estimated arrival time and found a clean and cosy-warm appartment on the top floor of one of Trinity Lodge Dublins houses on Frederick Street. Plenty of great independent shops, bars, restaurants, cafes round the corner, Dublin Art Gallery, Tower Records etc. The breakfast which was...

Have stayed in Dublin several times and will definitely stay here again. Very clean room, adequate size, no noise from other guests. Shower ok though would prefer a bigger towel. Breakfast was great loads fresh fruit and pastries and lovely choice of fresh cooked breakfast, fresh squeezed orange juice was lovely touch. Comfy bed and great location for centre town,...

As previous reviewers have said the best point about this hotel is its location within easy walking distance of.all the main areas of Dublin. Rooms were spacious and comfy, but it is hardly a boutique hotel , decor old fashioned although clean. Tiny towels were a surprise, and too small to fit round my size 16 waist! Be very cautious...

Dear janetmatthias2016, Thank you for your review and I am glad that you found our rooms comfortable and clean. Unfortunately there are buildings works nearby but normally they are scheduled from 7 am until 7pm, however sometimes they have permits to work outside these hours. These works will be completed in 2017 and going forward no inconvenience will be caused...

Stayed one night. Great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Great wifi speed for multiple devices in our family of 3 teens. Loved the breakfast choices, which included made-to-order vegetarian option and Eggs Benedict with salmon. Delicious! Staff was very nice and helpful, room clean. Will stay here again if we come back to...

Stayed for one night, comfy room, and surprisingly fab breakfast! What more do you need. A plus for me was no "night noise", people staying there were respectful of other guests. The pillows could be replaced and there are a few chips in breakfast crockery. Definitely would stay again.

A full Irish breakfast was included, or you could go with cook to order items or just continental. Had a nice big room with comfy beds. We did learn to keep our windows closed at night to block out the street noise and lights.
