Stayed here for 2 nights. Location fabulous, but the room was small, damp smelling, window didn't shut, bathroom door didn't shut, bed as hard as nails. 4th room floor up very steep narrow dirty stairways. Tried breakfast one morning, which consisted of cardboard bacon, greasy egg and cheap sausages. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else! Never again!

I stayed here with family for two nights, this is definitely an on a budget hotel. The hotel itself is fine however rooms are very basic and the mattress was quite uncomfortable. The room was quite cold, there was an additional heater in the room but that didn't work. The shower was more of a drizzle and didn't really get...

Popped in here for something to eat b4 gig in 3arena, AWFUL!!! Do not eat here, service & food appalling! 2 minute walk around the corner on to O'Connell St., Grand Central, decent food, worth what u pay, but food in Clifton is like what the kids bring home from cookery day, straight for the bin!

We stayed here for 1 night whilst in Dublin as we wanted somewhere fairly cheap. We had read the reviews and expected something horrendous but it was actually OK for the price we paid. The whole interior is old fashioned and a bit shabby. The room needed a bit of a deep clean as there was mould in the bathroom...

I have booked this hotel for over night stay. Christ almighty that was a bad idea. When i booked it was fine average room for a decent price. But all that was fast fading. hotel is extremely old and ruined. Rooms are pocket size. Mattresses were old and not comfortable at all. Room were hot and noisy from outside. Where...

Just stayed here last Saturday night and I will NEVER stay here again. The room was BOILING and there is no way of turning the radiators off yourself. When I asked reception they said they can't do it either and it's hot because it's a 'Caribbean' owned hotel. Whatever the hell difference that makes to being able to turn the...

I'm surprised to see how poor the reviews are of this place, I stayed for a night and found the staff very accommodating and the location was great. Close to Temple Bar, but not so close that there's much street noise. Obviously not a place to go on a romantic vacation but if you're just looking for a place to...

just stayed one night in a twin room. There were a lot of stairs to tackle and rooms are along rabbit warren type corridors. The room is basic. The bathroom was substandard. Even a budget hotel should be doing better. A tiny space, with a grotty shower curtain and toilet paper holder that fell open each time it was used....
