Great location. Nice, clean and tidy. Not the cheapest hotel on my searches but having never been to Dublin I was kean to be central and the location is great! Seems we had a smoking room going by the ashtray and musty smell (this was a down side!) rooms were adequate but a little dated. Breakfast was good although a...

Forget all the lukewarm reviews, this is a centrally located hotel at a great price.Arrived before check in time no problem finding me a room, needed directions reception staff on hand to tell me how to get there, needed return flight tickets printed out, receptionist more than happy to do this.Room was perfectly adequate ,breakfast plentiful with friendly service, but the real star of the...

If you are visiting dublin for the first time this should be your first choice of hotel. Bang in the city centre with a bus stop outside it couldn't be better situated for the shops and sights. The main reason for my excellent rating is the staff who are warm friendly and very helpful. Breakfast goes right up to 11...

At the top of o'connell street handy for shopping, airport bus, temple bar and sightseeing. Rooms clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast disappointing, no butter, no croissants, Luke warm coffee Check in good as long as you don't get Valentino the trainee as he is quite rude. Would be nice to have some local staff rather than all foreign.

We arrived in Dublin pretty early on an overnight flight from the USA. The hotel was very accommodating when we got there. We were pretty certain that the hotel would not be able to check us in (it was like 10am!) but they had a room ready and let us check in to get us some sleep. That was nice....

First the good stuff; great location. close to luas, located right at the top of O'Connell St. Clean room and comfy bed. Now the bad stuff. I was asked to pay the full amount of my stay on ARRIVAL! I have never heard or seen this practice before and it's not like I was paying by some unorthodox method. I...

A lovely hotel at the top of o'connels street, near the city centre. Excellent facilities in the rooms, with a fabulous Irish breakfast and charming hospitality in the bar area. The drinks were very reasonable and service prompt and professional. The reception area was cosy and the lifts speedy. Would definitely recommend.

This little gem of a hotel is just so convenient. Close to airport bus stop, shops, restaurants, trains and trams. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were most helpful and friendly. We ate lunch in the bar on our arrival and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I took a trip with my parents in August to Dublin and we stayed in Cassidy's Hotel. We were all very pleased. The staff were always friendly and helpful. One of the days we were there, we booked a day trip to The Ring of Kerry and we were due to leave the hotel at 6 in...
