My family and I went on a shopping trip in Dublin City and stayed here overnight. It was in a perfect spot for getting to and from places. When we first arrived at the hotel it was very confusing trying to get from the reception to our room number. It is VERY confusing as there are 2 lifts in seperate...

A good, basic hotel. Amazing location. Very friendly staff, okay sized rooms with all the needed necessities (bath, shower, TV, hairdryer). Clean rooms. Wifi worked well for the first 4 days (on the 5th day it didn't work at all) and on the 6th you could use it only at certain places in the room.

This is a nice hotel located near to most of the downtown attractions. We stayed here during our Rick Steve's 14 day Ireland tour (2 nights at the beginning of our tour and 3 nights at the end). It's a very nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. The Irish breakfast should not be missed. Very tasty with many...

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights in April when visiting Dublin with a friend. A great hotel, clean and tidy with great staff who facilitated early check in which was brilliant! Location is excellent if you are looking to be central. Would definitely return here... Michael Sutherland

Great location and excellent value. The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We stayed in the new section which is a bit of a haul to the reception. The rooms were a little cold but the staff did give use an extra heater for the room

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms aren't really that big, but clean and definitely worth the stay. We had to find a room last minute, and were glad it was this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located with shops near by. They had a lot of information available, which led us to a walking tour, which was...

Cassidys hotel in O'Connell street is very convenient and in the city center. Good location and good value for your money. Walk a few minutes and you'll be in Abbey Street where you can ride the Luas and see more of Dublin!

Nice hotel in a good location. Many pubs, restaurants and stores very close by. We had a triple room and it was very large and comfortable. My only complaint was there was no hair dryer in the room. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant.

Excellent location for all Dublin has to offer. The hotel is looking a little bit tired and I know Dublin is expensive but would have expected more for the rate that I paid. Cany fault the customer service but our bathroom was grubby and the service hatch that gave access to the WC systern for our room and room behind...
