What a fabulously central and friendly place to stay. Our initial room was a little shabby but we were lucky enough to get an upgrade for a small fee. Restaurant food was delicious and the bar staff friendly and well mannered. Staff could not do enough answer helped with every request we had..made our first visit to Ireland very pleasurable.

Very nice location for everything. Helpfull and friendly staff! Hotel is little worn out but everything works and it's clean and nice. Breakfast (12€) is very nice start for morning and there is plenty to choose. My third time in hotel and would come back in next time too!

Cassidy's Hotel is the perfect place to stay when you visit Dublin. It is friendly, helpful and the food is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The location is ideal, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. We have been a couple of times now and we would highly recommend Cassidy's!

Brian, the manager of Cassidy's Hotel, was amazing in swiftly getting us into a beautiful upgraded room when our original room had a problem. Thanks so much, Brian! You made our Dublin trip fantastic. The whole staff shares Brian's service-oriented and caring attitude. Javier and Edgar come to mind. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Dublin! Easy walk...

Just the right area, staff really helpful we arrived 9am in the morning and where able to leave our luggage securely and where recommended somewhere to have breakfast. Were also able to buy tickets for the 'hop on hop off' tour buses at reception these were a fantastic buy and the drivers made the trips interesting and fun. We opted...

I went with a group of 12 women and the hotel had been organised by someone else ... hence we stayed in a family room - I didn't realise you could book 4 adults in a family room, but this made it a cheap stay! The hotel is in a great location with only a short walk to the shops...

This was my third visit to Dublin and by far the best. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and my request for an early check in was granted. The room was comfortable and well furnished with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Drinks are reasonably priced, food is excellent and its just a short stroll down O'Connell...

All i can say is i am so grateful for the display that the staff at Cassidys Hotel put out for my Girlfriend to see. I had asked them to make the room which we were staying in to look special. They did a spectacular job. The room was beautiful. So a big thank you to the staff members of...

We stayed 2 nights. The first night was booked in advance through hotel website and we got a great room. Facing the yard therefore quiet, very specious and renovated shower. We liked it a lot. Then after check out we spent the day in Dublin and decided to stay another day in the city so we asked for another night...

Good points first: great location, comfortable beds, clean Now for the not so goods: my room was in the Parnell wing which is a trek from reception - at the back of the hotel, down a floor, along a corridor, then up 3 floors. Awful when you get to the room and your key doesn't work.... There was a strange...
