Location OK near Connolly St station and bus stop 2mins. Walk into town not the most scenic!! Room Ok ,beds comfortable shower not brilliant water too hot not easy to control. Had to ask for a change of room as 229 was so near railway line we could wave to passengers and were woken by men with pneumatic drills working...

We stayed as a couple from 22nd February to the 24th February 2017. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who didn't ask for a 150 euro deposit . We did expect this as we had read lots of reviews about the hassle it caused maybe its because we paid on the day with a debit card who knows...

Rip off Hotel !! Paid 240 for 3 nights then we were told while checking in they want 150e for a deposit ! After explaining to them they were leaving us short of cash for doing stuff around the city and eating out , they didn't care ! So it resulted to going around town and getting pizza in our...

Without a doubt the rudest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. The staff member upon check requested payment for the room (€64) plus a deposit of €150. Me and my girlfriend both do not own credit cards and we were told we had to go and get the deposit it cash. We asked to use debit cards and we...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for four nights from the 16th feb and can't really complain at all. The location is spot on- There is a bus service right outside the hotel which took us from the airport and we had a 30 second walk up to the hotel and on our departure the bus stop was literally over...

This is a great location, noisy but it's location allows for that seeing as it's city centre. Room was clean and warm, shower was good. My big qualm with this hotel was the €150 deposit that needed to be paid on arrival, It might not have been so bad if I had have had someone tell me that seemed to...

I recently stayed at the Beresford Hotel with my wife for 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located only a few minutes walk from the many sights Dublin has to offer. We booked the room with breakfast which was served in their fantastically designed restaurant ( food was super too!). One thing I really wanted to point out was during...

The breakfast was excellent plenty...

If large rooms and city centre location are your key decision points, and you're not bothered by internet and more modern fittings then the Beresford is an ok option. If however like me you need the internet to get some work done then you may struggle. Virtually no service day one and painfully slow day two. Staff tried hard to...

My husband and I visited Dublin for the weekend with friends and we were all very happy with The Beresford. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the staff were all pleasant and efficient. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. We had breakfast on 2 occasions which was plentiful and good value. Great stay, would definitely recommend!
