I certainly would never stay in this hotel again, ever! The breakfast was of poor quality although most members of staff were friendly and helpful. The was one waitress who was grumpy and unhelpful and never smiled once, this lady should not be in the service industry! The guest room was awful, chipped paint, dirty and stained lampshades. The bathroom...

As a base to enable you to explore the city, this was a good choice. The hotel has an air of luxury without being pretentious and although on a main road, the hustle and bustle of the street disappears once inside. We had a standard room which was more than adequate with a large ensuing and near to the ice...

sadly i feel the need to explain about our recent attempt to make a booking on behalf of my parents. I had bought them a voucher for Christmas and they decided to add to that and spend a couple of nights at the hotel in June 2017. We agreed dates but when my partner tried to make the reservation, she...

I did not choose this hotel on my trip, it was selected by our tour guide. I will not choose to stay here again. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. I showed up a little early, about 2:15, to see if I could check in early. I was told our room would not be ready until 3:15. No...

Upper O'Connell Street is ideally placed to access many of the attractions that Dublin has to offer and this hotel afforded comfort and excellent service at a decent price. Despite the early Spring visit we enjoyed bright weather, good food, a great and welcome cultural mix that was a match for many European cities, fine live music and great hospitality....

We had a large room with a separate bathroom, which had plenty of big towels. Buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a large range of food. The staff were professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel, with attentive (but not too attentive) staff, and a terrific breakfast buffet (full Irish and then some). We also used their ballroom for an event and it was quite adequate and nice. Both Toddy's and the Writer's Room were good options for cocktails. And it's right in the heart of Dublin. I'd definitely stay there again.

The Gresham is a hotel rebuilt in the mid 20's and retains much of the charm of that period - kept in very good condition, it retains many of the original design features. It is in a fantastic central location - book the Aircoach in advance from the airport on line and it drops you outside the door ! As...

Loved this hotel so much. Was in Dublin for my first time ever, for St Patrick's Day. The parade path was right in front of the hotel! Literally walked out the door, and there was the parade. Great views. The hotel is also on Upper O Connell street which is the best street in Dublin. Everywhere was within walking distance...
