The hotel is ideally located just 5 minutes walk from luas stop or 15 minute stroll to city centre. The phoenix park is just across the road which is a lovely place to loose yourself for a couple of hours or visit the zoo. The hotel is nice and we'll maintained with generous room sizes. The flaws would be that...

Check in was good. Efficient. Room was small. Cracks on wall. Vent covered in dust. FURNITURE old. Room not fully dusted. Had to change rooms after an hour as lights were not working. Second room...vent thick with dust. Cracks etc on walls. Curtain missing from one window. Smell in room and bathroom. Water not very hot for shower. Cups had...

I stayed at the Phoenix Park Hotel for one night. It was okay for this short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location next to Phoenix Park is nice, yet it is pretty far from the city centre. However, as it is close to Heuston Station, there are many possibilities to get quickly to the centre. The...

Stayed here while visiting a patient in Beaumont hospital. Convenient. Clean hotel. Common areas seem nice - I arrived late. Bedroom a bit dated but fine. Double and single bed. Didn't eat there so can't comment about food. No problem with noise. Parking seems to only be on street.

No light in lift..it's scary dark. The street noise kept us awake. It's a busy Street but even the beeping of the traffic lights could be heard in our room all night. We could hear noises from the room next door and footsteps from above us. The shower made noise when it was on.Breakfast wasn't included in our rate. I...

No heating in room..absolutely freezing! Ice cold radiator! No lights in lift! Old fashioned, run down, draft from the windows, musky damp smell, unfriendly staff. No telephone in the room? The only good thing about this hotel is the location!

A small decent hotel with a good location close to Heuston station. The rooms had a good size, and were pretty simple. The staf was absolutly amazing. They have a very personal service and was always ready to help. Its also a walking distance from ex. The Guiness storehouse and the Jameson destillery.

My girlfriend is from Galway and she wanted to treat me to a night out in Dublin near to where we had a event taking place. The only good thing that I can say good about this place is that it was clean. The staff show no interest in their job and the person I spoke to as regards car...

The hotel itself is in a relatively good location, next to the criminal court. That however is where the good ends. The rooms are run down and fairly unclean. I don't really understand why basic maintenance work like filling in large cracks in the bathroom isn't done, but for some reason they cannot be bothered to do it. The curtains...

The rooms are interesting from the perspective of an historical architect but probably too small and noisy for anyone who hopes to have a good sleep. Breakfast doesn't start until 8;30 a.m. if it is available at all. The night staff are indifferent bordering in unfriendly but maybe you would get a different response if you spoke the same language...
