Conveniently Located near to Heuston station and good tram links to city centre. Clean, comfortable, basic 3 star hotel with no frills. Bedroom fine, bathroom very small without any extras or bath mat. Fine for a couple of nights visit.

We stayed four nights in this hotel and on the first night discovered the bed was wonky, we reported it to reception and were told it would be replaced or fixed that day. Got back that night to find it hadn't been, reported to reception again and told there was nothing they could do about it. The phone in the...

We just spent 1 night in that place. The lift and corridors were very narrow, it was a tough job getting our luggage into our "room". The "room" had a terrible tobacco smell, the bathroom was 1.5 meter by 2 meter, there was mould and the smell of mould. Avoid this "hotel" at all cost when you're claustrophobic. We paid...

This hotel has 3 stars and I'm disappointed to say that it should be reviewed. The single room was located above the reception along the hall and the walls are not soundproof, so it was quite noisy. I had to ask for towels as they were none and the shower tray filled up with water. Otherwise, the room was clean...

I was shocked, our room was filthy. Mould around the Windows, dirty window blinds, dirty walls. We would have moved to another hotel, but it was bloom weekend, hotels were booked up. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid this hotel.

Sometimes on life's journey we all make mistakes. Staying in Phoenix Park Hotel has been one of mine. No matter how much or how little you pay for a hotel room you expect a certain standard of cleanliness. This hotel did not meet that standard. I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again

If you are desperate for a cheap hotel near the Heuston Station go for it but keep in mind that Dublin city center is not huge and you can take public transportation to the station. I hated my stay here so much that I didn't want to come back to the hotel even when I was exhausted after my day...
